1. Product Introducation:
Gel Tubes are coated with clot activator and gel for serum separation. They are used for serum determinations in chemistry. They are used for clinical biochemistry and immunology.The obvious characteristic of Gel Tube is used to obtain high-quality plasma specimen for medical laboratories.
The gel will get solidified after centrifugation and completely separate serum from fibrin cells just like a barrier, which effectively prevents the substance exchange between blood serum and cells. How to use?
The inner wall of Gel&Clot Activator tube coated with coagulant,which can accelerate the blood coagulation.Gel is used to separate the corporeal ingredients of the blood and serum after centrifugation.It can improve the quality and yield of serum,to keep the stability of blood components for a long time.Gel has a very strong stability and is not easy to adsorb protein in the blood.It can make accurate results for drug testing and biochemical tests.
Misxing requirements:After blood collection,turn the tube upside down with 180 degree and shage 5-8 times carefully.
Centrifugation Conditions:After 30 minutes of blood collection,10 minutes's centrifugation at 1300-2000g with room temperature 25.
